Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply specifically to the NDCH Sidehustle Engine, an automated content generation and publishing pipeline operated by NDCH Vision. These terms do not govern other NDCH Vision services such as NDCH Consulting, NDCH Commerce, or NDCH Studio, each of which maintains its own terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or connecting your social media accounts to the NDCH Sidehustle Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use or authorize the Sidehustle Engine to act on your behalf.
2. Description of the Service
The NDCH Sidehustle Engine is an automated pipeline that generates short-form video content using AI-generated scripts, text-to-speech audio, and stock media, then publishes that content to third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram on scheduled intervals.
3. User Authorization
By connecting your social media accounts to the Sidehustle Engine, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf using the platform APIs (YouTube Data API, TikTok Content Posting API, Instagram Graph API). You may revoke this authorization at any time through your respective platform account settings.
4. Content Ownership
Content generated by the Sidehustle Engine is produced using AI tools and publicly available stock media. NDCH Vision retains ownership of the generated content and the pipeline infrastructure. You agree not to claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated outputs or reverse-engineer the pipeline.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Sidehustle Engine, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass API rate limits, using the service to distribute harmful or illegal content, interfering with the pipeline's operation, or accessing the system through unauthorized means.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Sidehustle Engine publishes to third-party platforms that have their own terms of service. You are responsible for complying with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram's respective terms. NDCH Vision is not liable for actions taken by those platforms regarding your account or published content.
7. Disclaimers
The Sidehustle Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, content virality, or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the pipeline's operation or published content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Sidehustle Engine at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to the service's operation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the Sidehustle Engine evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
