Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the NDCH Sidehustle Engine, an automated content generation and publishing pipeline operated by NDCH Vision. It does not govern other NDCH Vision services such as NDCH Consulting, NDCH Commerce, or NDCH Studio, each of which maintains its own policies.
1. What the Sidehustle Engine Does
The NDCH Sidehustle Engine is an automated pipeline that generates short-form video content and publishes it to third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The engine uses AI-generated scripts, text-to-speech audio, and stock media to produce videos on scheduled intervals.
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with the Sidehustle Engine or connect your social media accounts, we may collect: basic profile information provided through third-party login (display name, username, profile picture), authorization tokens required to publish content on your behalf, and usage analytics from our published content. We do not collect passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal data through the Sidehustle Engine.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected through the Sidehustle Engine is used exclusively to: authenticate and publish content to connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), monitor publishing success and troubleshoot errors, and improve content quality and scheduling. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Platform Integrations
The Sidehustle Engine connects to third-party APIs including the YouTube Data API, TikTok Content Posting API, and Instagram Graph API. When you authorize these connections, those platforms may share limited account data with us as permitted by your authorization. Each platform's data practices are governed by their own privacy policies. You can revoke access at any time through your platform account settings.
5. Data Storage and Security
API tokens and credentials used by the Sidehustle Engine are stored as encrypted secrets in our CI/CD environment (GitHub Actions) and are never exposed in source code or public repositories. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the pipeline.
6. Cookies and Analytics
This website may use basic analytics to understand visitor traffic. The Sidehustle Engine pipeline itself does not use cookies. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: request access to any personal data we hold, request correction or deletion of your data, revoke third-party platform authorizations at any time, and opt out of any data collection. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Children's Privacy
The Sidehustle Engine and its associated content are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Sidehustle Engine evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
